He graduated from Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Chemical Technology (1983), where he also completed a scientific preparation (1993). He completed the external MBA at Open Business School (UK) – City University Bratislava (1994-1998) and research fellowships in USA, Israel and Germany. In power engineering sector, he has experience in strategic management, change management, management organization, human resources management, project management and technical knowledge in analytic and physical chemistry, technology of water, chemical processes in nuclear, conventional and hydro power plants. He is a project manager in the area of radioactive waste management and chemical modes at nuclear power plants.
